Kyiv. March 6, UNN. This year, the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine is going to submit painted Kosiv Ceramics for inscription on the list of UNESCO world cultural heritage. The Minister of Culture of Ukraine, Yevhen Nyschuk, informed at the press conference, UNN reports.
“This year we will submit and have already prepared the nomination form of the painted Kosiv Ceramics to the UNESCO world heritage,” Nyschuk stated.
Also, Nyschuk called elements which were inscribed on the list of Ukrainian heritage in recent times, besides painted Kosiv Ceramics: The Krolevets handpicked weaving, Opishnia ceramics, Petrykivka decorative painting, Cossack songs of Dnipropetrovsk region, Song tradition of the village of Luka, embroidery of Reshetylivka and Ornek – Crimean Tatar ornament.
